Our Philosophy

School Philosophy:

Our Philosophy in St. Augustine’s Seminary is to produce well educated, well adjusted and disciplined young people who will be guided to face adult life with confidence, and play prominent roles in the adult community in future. That is why we centre our formation on these three areas:

Three legged Stool of SASCO formation:

Academics — Our students are trained to be academic giants. This enables them to pass their examinations, internal and external.

Discipline — Students are not trained just to pass exams, but to lead a good life worthy of emulation. The Seminary Code of Conduct is the Guide.

Spiritual — And lastly our formation helps students to be in good communion with God through our liturgical activities.

B/N The absence of any leg leads to the eclipse of the remaining two and the subsequent collapse of the stool.
